Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

All products are final sale and are not exchangeable, however if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, please email southernlocalnuts@gmail.com.

In the event that your order arrived damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at southernlocalnuts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 48 hours after being purchased. After an order is processed, shipping will take 3-5 days. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the product ordered. Southern Local Nuts does ship internationally.
